Threshfield cottages

The small village of Threshfield is an ideal location to view the best scenery that the valley of Wharfedale has to offer. If you are looking for a rural setting surrounded by the stunning Yorkshire dales, this is a village that is well-worth considering for your next Yorkshire holiday. The village marks the boundary between Upper Wharfedale and Lower Wharfedale and provides an excellent backdrop for walkers, cyclists and horse riders looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales for themselves. The village used to have a train line linking it to other villages within the Yorkshire Dales however this is now disused and now functions as a popular route for walkers and cyclists in the area.

There are a choice of traditional pubs that serve food that are perfect for relaxing in after a long day exploring and the nearby town of Skipton is only 15 minutes away by car with its great selection of restaurants, tearooms and shops to explore.  For great days out in the area why not take a trip to Skipton Castle, Bolton Abbey or have an outdoor adventure at How Stean Gorge.

Take a look at these Threshfield Cottages and plan your next getaway to North Yorkshire.
