The area is perfect for walkers, hikers, cyclists, and sailors, with the Yorkshire Dales Sailing Club making its base at nearby Grimwith Reservoir (5 miles). The River Wharfe passes close to Grassington, with landmarks including Linton Falls, the Linton Stepping Stones, Burnsall Park, and the Hebden Suspension Bridge all within 5 miles. Other local attractions include Brimham Rocks, Bolton Abbey, and Malham Cove, all within 15 miles.
