The bedroom can be made up as a king or a twin, there’s a sofa bed too, and a gorgeous, enclosed garden, plus it’s close to all of Scarborough’s attractions and other seaside towns to visit.

This contemporary home from home is light, bright, and welcoming with good-sized rooms and stylish interiors. Curl up in the comfy lounge and watch your favourite TV show or a great movie, where there are French doors to the conservatory, another spot to sit and read or watch the birds in the garden. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking in and has a dining area just for two. The light and spacious bedroom is upstairs (a king or twin beds) along with the lovely bathroom, where you can have a good soak or a refreshing shower. Heading outside through the conservatory, the house has a super garden, it’s mainly lawn, which the pup will love, plus a patio with a folding table and chairs for al fresco drinks and nibbles.

Head to the beach for a stroll and a paddle, North Bay is just 0.5 miles away and South Bay 1.5 miles. Play golf nearby at North Cliff Golf Club (0.5 miles), visit the pretty gardens and waterfalls and go rowing on the lake at Peasholm Park (1 mile). Wander to the harbour for a coffee (1.5 miles) and walk up onto the headland to Scarborough Castle (1.5 miles). Go on coastal walks along the Cleveland Way towards Cloughton (3.5 miles) or Filey (9 miles). Exceptionally clean and cosy little house. Easy access to shop, beach, pub/restaurant and a good base for exploring the area. Fenced garden, great for the dog, and lovely to sit out in the sun. Would definitely return.

The house is in an excellent location, Tesco express and pub 2/3 minute walk away. The beach 5 minutes. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The enclosed garden was perfect for our labrador.

We couldn't fault Sandy toes. It was lovely. Immaculately clean and warm and cosy. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog Roxy, who loved Scarborough and all the dogs she met. All we could have wished for. Thank-you so much for a brilliant holiday.

The house is clean, compact and cosy. Its in a very good location with a Tesco Express nearny There is a path from the side of the house which takes you down steep paths to North Bay. We took buses from the nearby stop into Scarborough and to Whitby. You could also go by bus to Filey, Robin Hoods Bay and Bridlington. Peasholm Park is just a shortRead more walk away and well worth a visit. The miniature railway between the Sea Life Centre and Peasholm Park is recommended too. Depending on the time of year of your visit, there is plenty to do without taking the car out. Hide
