This modern town house is situated on a stylish estate close to North Cliff Golf Course, Peasholm Park and only a short stroll away from the sandy beaches of Scarborough’s North Bay. There are many attractions close by including Alpamare Waterpark, The Sea Life Centre, The Open Air Theatre, North Bay Miniature Railway and the promenade for walks. The property is close to major bus routes for easy access to the town centre and train station, and also boasts private parking for two cars. There is also a garden and conservatory to relax in after a day out and about seeing the sights of Scarborough. This property is the perfect retreat for a romantic break by the seaside or for a small family. One dog is welcome.  If you wish to come to this lovely house with a larger party of up to six guests, you are welcome to book it in conjunction with Salty Kisses S012 next door.

There's so much to see and do during the day in this lovely seaside town, but also plenty of places to relax and unwind in the evening, including many bars and eateries along the seafront.
