Description

A delightful three bedroom cottage with sea views situated in a quiet location in the heart of Sandsend. Near a lovely sandy beach and boasting outside space and private parking. The cottage has a lovely decked area to the front with outside seating, a great place to enjoy breakfast or drinks in the evening. As well as private parking there is additional free on-street parking outside. Enter into a reception hall, this leads into a lovely beamed ceiling sitting room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV/DVD player and views out to sea from the bay window. Downstairs there is also a large thoroughly modern kitchen boasting a wine fridge, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven with ceramic hob and a washing machine. The kitchen also has a lovely dining area with a large wooden table and six comfortable dining chairs. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, two doubles with wardrobes and dressing tables plus a good sized twin with 3ft single beds, a large wardrobe and a free standing gilt mirror. All the bedrooms have hairdryers. The cottage has a newly fitted bathroom with bath, WC and hand wash basin plus there is also a lovely new shower room with a walk-in shower, WC and hand wash basin.

In the dining area is a large table with six comfortable leather chairs, and small cabinet full of games should the weather turn and a continuation of the beamed ceiling
Lounge: Very cosy room with southerly aspect over the front courtyard with fantastic views to the sea. Corner leather sofa which seats five, two seater sofa, armchair, Flat Screen TV and DVD player on stand, Flame effect gas fire in stone fireplace, two side tables with lamps. Fantastic sea views out of the windows, beamed ceiling.

Sandsend 
Sandsend, one of North Yorkshire's prettiest coastal villages, is set at the foot of Lythe Bank and only a two mile beach walk away from Whitby. Pretty holiday cottages and houses are set in the stunning cliff backdrop. Beneath them is the award-winning beach, with streams leading to the sea, perfect for children to have a splash in or feed the ducks. Alternatively a walk in the neighbouring woodlands or along the cliffs is equally as charming. Originally Sandsend was two separate villages, each formed along its own beck, it now stands as one united village. There are interesting shops, an award-winning restaurant, cafes, pubs and an art gallery. With beautiful views of the coastline and its famous historic neighbour, Whitby, it is a truly magical place.
