Description
This 17th century, Grade II listed former butcher's shop and fisherman's cottage is situated at the end of Chapel Street, one of the quaint little ginnels in the old village of Robin Hood's Bay. It retains some lovely old features such as beamed ceilings whilst offering all modern comforts. Because of its position, the cottage has the most fantastic frontal views of the 'scars,' sea and the towering cliffs of Ravenscar to the right.
GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Open-plan with wood burning stove, two club chairs, modern kitchen and dining table with chairs. Larder fridge, freezer, Belfast sink, gas hob with electric grill and oven, microwave, washer/dryer and slim-line dishwasher stripped floor, TV.
FIRST FLOOR:
Lounge: Stripped floor, two leather sofas, coffee table, bookcase, occasional tables and open fire. TV and DVD player.
Bathroom: Shower, toilet and washbasin. Sea views.
SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa and sea views.
Pets: One dog welcome.
Parking: Private parking space next to the property for one small/medium sized car.
Garden: No garden at this property.
Heating: Gas central heating, wood burning stove & open fire.
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
