This is an amazingly clean and well equipped flat in a quiet location but easily walkable into Whitby town centre. The furnishings and bedding are of a very good quality and the carpets are immaculate. Having a parking space outside the front door is great especially with the prices of car parks in the town. Apartment was fantastic with every pot pan and utensil you need to cook a full Xmas dinner. We took all sorts but only thing we used of our own was a steamer which i wouldn't expect a holiday let to keep. Beds and bedding were great bedrooms were spacious with a quality feel. A beautiful clean apartment with river views and parking space and only a 5 minute walk into the old town. Having a lift in the building is very helpful and we have stayed here twice and would recommend it to anyone..

The perfect property for our holiday. We needed everything on one level with a carparking space but what we got was that and then SO SO much more! The view was just beautiful - TV not required! I've already recommended it to friends!

The property was exactly as described but exceeded my expectations as regards space, equipment, furnishings and high quality beds and bed linen. The quiet location was perfect, yet it was close enough to comfortably walk into the centre of Whitby. I am slightly confused over who oversees /manages the properties hence hesitant in recommending.

Excellent property. Check in time a bit late in the day. The 20.00 add on for insurance should be shown in the total rental price at the beginning.

all excellent , accommodation as described, perfect location with views of the harbour, clean, more than comfortable and perfect for my elderly parents who were holidaying with us and have disability issues. Only one negative, no washing machine which is a bit of a drawback, but on balance still a great find, would use again.

As we booked this last minute, the apartment was an excellent choice. The apartment suited our taste ie contemporary style furnishings with high levels of cleanliness. It also had a good view of the harbour. Location was fine for exploring North Yorkshire by car however, Whitby town centre was slightly further away than expected when travelling on Read morefoot. Booking with you in future would depend on location and type of property but, you would be considered. Hide

You keep people informed all the time so great communication. Phoned office when arrived and person rang back with answer almost straight away. Lovely property - clean, spacious, quiet and good view of River.

To obtain the key was a very diifficult operation . The key safe was in the bin store which stunk wih the smell of refuse and fish. The instructions on the key safe were hit and miss. We eb ventually manage to retrieve the key but we dont know which way we turned the levers and knobs. It was as difficult to put the key back at trhe end of our stay Read morealong with the terrible smell. The property was as described but the shower mat was a small square for a large walk in shower and there were no grab rails. I felt unsafe in the shower. There were crumbs under the settee cushions which must have been there a few months. We drew this to the attention of the housekeeper in the maintenance book. Also the dishwasher lights showed salt and rinse aid needed replenishing. Paying 770 for a week we do not expect to have basic mainenance issues. The early leaving time is not justified and spoils the end of the holiday. However we would return to this property as we liked the position and the convenient parking. Hide
