Explore the East Riding of Yorkshire from this group holiday home in the village of Newport. Sleeping 11 guests and welcoming dogs, the five-bedroom retreat offers bright, spacious accommodation, with a contemporary style, impressive outside space and a games room/gym. Situated 7 miles from the attractive old market town of Howden, it is 21 miles from Hull and 15 miles from Beverley.

Open the door to this generous hideaway to find ample space to share with your family and friends. The lounge/diner is the perfect place to gather for your holiday feasts and a film on the Smart TV. Prepare meals in the kitchen/diner and make fresh coffee in the machine in here to sip at the breakfast bar as you chat to the chef of the day. Open the doors to the garden in here in the summer to create seamless indoor/outdoor living. Congregate in the lounge/games room/gym to challenge each other to pool tournaments. Pull open the doors in here to access the patio too. A utility room and a family shower room are also downstairs. Head up to the first floor as the day draws to a close to lay your head in one of your five enticing bedrooms. These include three double rooms, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a triple with three single beds. There is also a family bathroom with a free-standing bath. Bask in the sunshine of the courtyard garden. Cook fresh local produce out on the BBQ and linger over a bottle of wine under the stars on summer evenings.

Head into Beverley to potter in the shops, dine out and visit the minster. Have a day in Hull, where the children will enjoy the famous aquarium, the Deep, and you can wander through the old town’s Museums Quarter.

Fantastic house with no expense spared. Fully equipped kitchen had us cooking breakfast and evening meals. The flow of the downstairs was brilliant for our group of 10 adults (2 families). Opening the lounge double doors into the kitchen and games room, gave us lots of space. The house is amazing with everything you need in it its beautiful. Absolutely lovely time with our families celebrating my husband's 60th birthday grandchildren loved it and so did we thank you for giving us memories to cherish.

A beautiful celebration weekend holiday home for our party of ten adults and three dogs, it has all the top of the range modern conveniences anybody could want for a comfortable stay. Spacious and comfortable. A very good choice.

Really clean, lovely place to stay for 12 of us (9 adults and 3 children plus 2 dogs). Good location with walking distance to shops, pub and kids playground with plenty to do, a short drive away. It was really nice to arrive to a bowl of sweets and bottle of wine in the fridge. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.
