A fabulous property with lots of light and space, ensuring up to eight guests can enjoy a memorable stay with plenty of walks capturing picturesque views close by.

Nestled in the peaceful, small village of Langtoft, perfectly located for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds. Within easy reach of seaside resorts for bracing walks, on the gorgeous beaches this East Coast has to offer. Why not enjoy a day at the races in Beverley and York or head into the town where you can spend hours in the shops or perhaps exploring the breath-taking Beverley Minster. Sample the delights of local produce in Malton which holds an annual food festival - a must for food lovers! Enjoy great circular bicycle rides on quiet roads and country lanes from your doorstep. The Wolds Way Walk offers relaxing trails in the beautiful Wolds countryside. Visit the RSPB sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs and the headland with its dramatic chalk cliffs is only 15 miles from the cottage. The Wolds scenery is breath-taking with rolling chalk hills and valleys, situated south of the North Yorkshire Moors, a place you will want to return to time and time again.

The cottage is approached via the garden and down a pathway. Step inside the back entrance which welcomes you with a warm open-plan kitchen/ lounge and seating area. Head through to the kitchen with all the appliances you need to create a home-cooked meal including an electric oven, two fridge/freezers, microwave and dishwasher. Gather around the extending table which will comfortably fit everyone around. The lounge room is furnished with comfy sofas and armchairs, curl up on the sofa and watch a movie or simply play a board game. Before you head upstairs to the first floor, you will find a useful utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs, are four well-appointed spacious bedrooms and offer beautiful views across the neighbouring fields. You can choose from two twin rooms, a double or a king-size bed. Each room is linked with a full Jack and Jill bathroom featuring a shower over bath and WC.

Outside you will find a large, enclosed garden with patio area and garden furniture to the rear of the property, perfect for a family BBQ or enjoying a quiet morning with your cup of coffee. Ample off-road parking available.

We loved our stay, very beautiful house, it was immaculate and owner and staff were very friendly. Little touches like dog towels, dishwasher tablets etc really made settling in very easy. Perfect place. We will be back !

My family and I had a wonderful time at Goldfinch cottage. We were so impressed with the layout, the facilities and the attention to detail. We felt so comfortable and at home. Great place; exactly what we wanted for a two week stay with our young family. Spacious, clean and smartly presented, and in a good location. We rented Goldfinch and old Mill cottage for a family get together for the funeral of my father. Absolutely lovely family break. Cottage is very well appointed. Lots of space downstairs to cook socialise etc. Great location close to Bridlington. Lovely views out of the cottage. Very impressed you have an EV charger.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful. It is so well equipped, the owners have thought of everything! It is extremely rural, so you definitely want to come prepared, but the views and walks are beautiful. Great cottage for a family holiday. Close to plenty of beaches or other places of interest. This wasnt our first holiday at Goldfinch and will not be the last!
