Lovely cosy cottage which was well equipped and very clean. Very remote location with many walks on the doorstep. Keartons Tearoom across the road is a must for homemade scones and ginger biscuits.

East Cottage is in a wonderful location in Swaledale for walking and relaxing. The cottage is very clean, warm and cosy, and has the benefit of off road parking. The locals are very friendly, and we especially enjoyed the food at Muker Tea Rooms and the Farmer's Arms a mile down the road, as well as looking in the Old School House Art Gallery.
