Tastefully furnished by the owners and oozing character with its beamed ceilings and woodburning stove combined with all the facilities you need, this makes a romantic setting ideal for couples or honeymooners.

Lounge: TV, DVD, gas woodburner effect stove, French windows leading to conservatory with table, chairs, patio doors leading to walled garden with patio furniture.
Kitchen/Diner: Gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, microwave. Dining table and chairs. Wood burning stove.
Bathroom: Bath, shower over bath, toilet, washbasin.
Shower Room: Shower, toilet, washbasin.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Juliet balcony with views over the surrounding countryside.

En suite: Toilet & washbasin.

Area Information


There are walks straight from the doorstep to Leyburn which has a fine selection of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as leisure facilities and the market which is held on a Friday. Close by Middleham famous for its stables is well worth a visit to watch the horses go through the village each morning, heading up to the gallops for their daily exercise. The historic market town of Richmond is within a few miles and offers leisure facilities, a swimming pool and cinema. Reeth and Hawes are within a half hour journey by car.

At the heart of Wensleydale lies the gateway town of Leyburn, "A Town for all Seasons". With spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, unusual local shops and cafes, traditional pubs and a weekly market, it's an ideal base for walking, sightseeing, or just watching the world go by. There's lots to see and do in the town, whether it's the wonderfully quirky Forbidden Corner, the annual food and drink festival celebrating the best of local produce, the stunning Harmby waterfall or taking a trip on the Wensleydale Railway- Leyburn provides the perfect base for a Yorkshire Dales break.
