Silver Fern is a cosy cottage sleeping three, situated just off the Shawl in Leyburn in the Yorkshire Dales. It is a superb holiday cottage, full of character and furnished to a high standard.  The kitchen is well-equipped with a double Belfast sink and granite worktops. The lounge benefits from comfortable seating, a woodburning stove, beamed ceilings and oak furniture.  Upstairs the master bedroom benefits from a King-size bed and Willis & Gambier furniture. The second bedroom has a large single bed.  Silver Fern is within walking distance of the Wensleydale steam railway, pubs, tea rooms and restaurants in this popular market town.

Lounge: TV with Freeview, DVD, comfortable seating, bookcase, coffee table, stone fireplace housing woodburning stove, beamed ceiling.

Outside Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer.

Parking: Free parking on the road opposite the property and on the market square car park 0.1 Miles away, except for Friday's which is market day, alternative free parking is available every day of the week on Grove Square opposite the Police Station.

Garden/Patio:  Paved area with furniture to the rear of the property.

Great stay over xmas. Met some lovely people, really friendly. We've been coming to this area for years and would definitely return to this cottage. Brilliant location. Lovely meal at Sandpiper Inn, a brilliant xmas eve. Campbells store brilliant.
