Huttons Garth is a beautifully presented extremely spacious, detached, stone-built property sleeping up to eight people in four spacious bedrooms and stunning views from all windows of this property.  With a large lounge with lots of seating and a contemporary wood burner a great space to chill whilst enjoying a glass of wine and discussing the days adventures in the Yorkshire Dales, separate snug, dining room and a large well equipped kitchen/diner this property really has to be seen to be believed.  The large master bedroom suite has the luxury of a separate walk through dressing area which in turn leads to the en suite shower room, there are three further double bedrooms, one having its own wet room, the other two bedrooms benefit from the house bathroom which has a standalone roll top bath and a separate shower.  The property is located within walking distance of the local pub and shop in Hunton, is only 5 miles from the market town of Leyburn where you will find lots of interesting shops, bars and eateries and a short drive to both Richmond and Bedale with their popular Dales pubs, quirky shops, tea rooms and weekly markets.  With quality throughout this exquisite property would make an ideal holiday location for both families and groups of friends who are wanting plenty of space and looking to holiday together in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
