Weavers Loft is one of three delightful cottages converted from an original weaver's barn once owned by the Bronte sisters, situated on the hills above the small village of Cowling. With tremendous panoramic views over the surrounding open countryside they enjoy a peaceful situation. A shared south-facing patio with garden furniture and barbeque makes the most of the views and an adjoining enclosed grassed area provides a safe play area for children. There is a shared laundry room, and a lockable barn provides secure cycle storage.
There are some excellent walks from the farm itself, over the rolling hills and the Pennine Way National Trail passes through the surrounding farmland. The ancient market town of Skipton is just nine miles away and Haworth, the home of the Bronte sisters is ten miles. The Yorkshire Dales, Forest of Bowland and the city of York are within easy reach.
Comfortably and tastefully furnished to a very high standard, Weavers Loft is a cottage-style apartment on the first floor.
Entrance: Small entrance hall with coat pegs and boot storage, stairs leading to:

Bedroom: King size bed with fitted wardrobes.

Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
Notes: Towels are provided. Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Unlimited WiFi is available at an extra charge payable to the owner £10 a week. No smoking at this property. Mobile phone signal is strong. For larger groups, this cottage can be booked with DS238 and DS239 to accommodate up to 11 people. Owner cannot accept Thursday or Friday changeovers.
