Orchard Cottage is a delightful detached stone built cottage, ideally situated in the village of Carlton-in Coverdale, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and only six miles from the popular market town of Leyburn. The cosy lounge complete with an open fire, leads onto the conservatory, there is a south facing patio ideal for al fresco dining in the summer months.  The well-established gardens with mature shrubs leads down to a pretty stream at the edge of the property.

Kitchen/Diner:  Electric oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
Conservatory: Cane furniture, coffee table.

Carlton in Coverdale
The little village of Carlton is located within the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park. Only 6 miles away from the bustling market town of Leyburn, the village is perfect for a peaceful break while still being within easy reach of brilliant shops, attractions and restaurants. The village had a local pub, The Forester's Arms owned by the local community and to the east of the village lies the motte of the medieval Carlton Castle. The village makes an ideal base for exploring the national park, with a variety of stunning walks and trails right on your doorstep.
