Jo & Steve have done an amazing job. Absolutely love the way you've done the bathrooms, all are fabulous and to such a high standard. We were all so snuggly under the lovely plump duvets! Very relaxing stay, We will be back.
We have had a lovely time toasting marshmallows and the piggies were super super fast. I enjoyed finding the piggies and I had a very very good sleep. I enjoyed shining my torch on the lights outside to make them shine.
Jo & Steve, once again we have had an absolutely fantastic time! We have enjoyed exploring a bit further afield this time but still are more than happy to stay in the yurt and around the farm. So much to see and do for all of us , especially the girls! Lottie says thank you again for letting her help with the chickens and meeting the new piggies. The yurts are so lovely and comfy, even in the cold and you really have thought of everything. Thank you for the lovely meals and everything you have done to make our stay perfect. We are so lucky to have found this place! It is a credit to your hard work. Enjoy your rest this winter and see you next season! Love the Ash clan
We truly have had an amazing time. You really have thought of everything. We have had an incredibly comfy and cozy stay and we will be back. The kids have enjoyed the farm, especially collecting eggs and seeing the piglets. Thank you!

We love the Barn Owl Yurt! What a great weekend we had. For my first 'camping'experience. I don'think anything could top it! Lovely views, we caught a gorgeous sunset on Friday and the clear skies meant we were fortunate enough to have a starry night around the fire pit. The yurt is so cosy and we love the attention to detail. Thank you for such tasty breakfasts, the beef stew and pizzas were especially good. A perfect weekend to celebrate our engagement. Thanks for a lovely stay - we will hopefully be back next year. Thanks Jo & Steve
What a wonderful experience. We loved the Yurt. the beds were extremely comfortable everything was lovely and cosy. The stove kept us lovely and warm during a windy wet visit. Jo and Steve are excellent hosts providing excellent food and a very friendly service. We loved the decoration and all the small touches towels and bedding fresh and snuggly, Couldn't believe how great the shower worked, hot and powerful great little wash room . Hens and pigs are great , will definitely be looking to visit again soon. Thanks
We came for some peace and quiet and this is the perfect place for that. Perfect location, beautiful scenery and its a great feeling coming back from the wind and rain into such a cosy warm beautiful place. We really enjoyed the small touches and dome things we didn't expect, such as the scrumptious a la carte food. We had a lovely friendly welcome from Steve & Jo, who always were ready to help with extras like drying clothes. A great experience and we will be recommending to our friends
In spite of torrential rain, gale force winds and floods in Hawes we have had a great stay. The yurt has kept us dry and warm and Jo & Steve have kept us well fed with fabulous breakfasts, great pizzas and a warming evening meal. Thanks for everything

We don't want to leave and definitely hope to come back.thank you so much
It was brilliant!
Thank you for a lovely stay. The yurt was brilliant. Comfy beds, lovely walks close by and great customer service. The complimentary breakfast was top quality and the use of the fridge and kettle was very handy. Attention to detail was great. Owls everywhere, even on the log burner! Thanks again, would love to visit another time.
Beautiful to stay in a yurt but still have comfy beds, fridge, kettle, toaster & some essentials in the fridge. Breakfast was served each morning using their own produce which was delicious. We had rainy weather but we were so cozy in the yurt with our stove lit, listening to the rain was so relaxing. We saw a barn owl both evenings hunting in the field in front of the yurt and we fed the pigs which was a treat. Located in between Askrigg & Hawes so pubs & shops only a short drive away. We ate at The Kings Arms in Askrigg which was very nice. The hosts Jo & Steve were really welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend Cherish Glamping.
The small Wensleydale village of Askrigg is an idyllic location to enjoy a self-catering break. The sights of the Yorkshire Dales National Park surround you, with the bustling market towns of Hawes, Leyburn and Northallerton being just a short drive away where you'll find lovely independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The village is famous for being the setting of fictional Darrowby in tv's All Creatures Great and Small, though in the 18th century was hive of industry when it became a centre for the textiles and knitting trade. It is also thought that Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned in Askrigg's Nappa Hall before being moved further down the dale to Castle Bolton. Today in the village you'll find three pubs, The Crown Inn (which dates back to 1850), The White Rose Hotel and the Kings Arms. The village also is home to some great tea rooms such as Humble Pie Fawcett & Guy a village bakery with a delicatessen and coffee shop. Askrigg also has a village store and newsagents.
