Description
This amazing luxury property has been refurbished and furnished with a loving care to a very high standard and offers a high specification finish along with a stylish interior to enjoy a very special seaside break. Hillsover is situated close to the beach in the charming fishing village of Staithes. It has a spacious patio with outside seating and breathtaking seaviews. This Fishermans cottage was built into the cliff around 1800 set over three floors, and is a great example of the traditional Staithes architecture. One small dog welcome.
GROUND FLOOR
There are twelve steps up to the cottage.
Entrance: Into the dining room/kitchen
Kitchen/Dining Room: With oak antique dining table and chairs, bespoke kitchen with Belfast sink, electric hob, electric oven and grill with pizza oven at the bottom, washer/dryer, full size dishwasher, fridge and microwave, under floor heating and Sonos speakers. Stairs leading to the first floor

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Stylish room with double bed feather pillows and duvet, built-in wardrobe and cupboard, matching side tables and lamps, Smart TV with freeview.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, with non-feather pillows and duvet, matching side tables with lamps, cabinet and hanging space. Glass sealed lightshaft offering natural light to the bedroom, with remote controlled intelligent glass for nighttime.
Bathroom: Luxury rolled-top bath, toilet, washbasin with cupboard below, electric under floor pads that are independent to the heating system.
SECOND FLOOR
Lounge: Wood burning stove, two comfortable settees and box seat, smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, Sonos and Sonos playbar, also an independent Denon CD player with speakers, floor-to-ceiling sliding door to the patio.
Pets: One small well behaved dog is welcome but not allowed in the bedrooms or on soft furnishing!
Parking: This property does not provide parking, and no parking in the village. Public car parks are available at the top of the village also private parking (booked in advance online) at Glen Vale Car Park.
Garden/Patio: Spacious patio with seaviews, decking, glass balustrade and outside seating, dog shower with hot and cold supply to get the sand off after being on the beach or that long walk over the cliffs.
Heating: Underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the bathroom, electric central heating on the upper floors, wood burning stove in the lounge. Start-up logs provided.
Short breaks: Accepted anytime.
Notes: Towels and bedding provided. (Beach towels not provided). Additional cleaning services can be provided if needed during your stay at an extra charge. There is unlimited free full fibre WiFi. Returnable security deposit of £250 payable before arrival. No mobile phone signal in the village, some reception in the house with some providers.

Staithes
Staithes is a pretty, traditional fishing village with bundles of charm located 10 miles north of Whitby and offers an idyllic location for holidaymakers visiting the seaside. The village boasts some of the narrowest cobbled streets in the north and is connected with ginnels, nooks and winding streets. There is plenty to see and do with pubs, cafes, shops, art galleries and a fish smokehouse. The village hosts real ale and jazz festivals during the year and the September Arts Festival is becoming a very popular event which attracts many visitors. For those fancying taking to the waters there are regular boat trips to Whitby from Staithes. There are many walks around the area along the cliff tops and through to Whitby, it is an ideal location for any holidaymaker.
