A beautiful romantic bolt hole, we loved our stay, everything was perfect. We’ve been staying in holiday cottages for about 15 years now and this is by far the best! Caroline is a lovely host and has thought of everything! Fantastic!
Fabulous communications, welcome and on going help from Caroline. Wonderfully relaxing treat!
Superb renovation in a fantastic location. Idyllic.
Staithes is a pretty, traditional fishing village with bundles of charm located 10 miles north of Whitby and offers an idyllic location for holidaymakers visiting the seaside. The village boasts some of the narrowest cobbled streets in the north and is connected with ginnels, nooks and winding streets. There is plenty to see and do with pubs, cafes, shops, art galleries and a fish smokehouse. The village hosts real ale and jazz festivals during the year and the September Arts Festival is becoming a very popular event which attracts many visitors. For those fancying taking to the waters there are regular boat trips to Whitby from Staithes. There are many walks around the area along the cliff tops and through to Whitby, it is an ideal location for any holidaymaker.
