Situated in the village of Sleights, just a few minutes’ drive from the delightful seaside resorts of Whitby and Sandsend, with regular buses stopping nearby. The house is close to the main road and is a stone’s throw from the local pub and fish and chips restaurant. The village also boasts an award winning butchers, general store and renowned Botham’s Bakery. The location is great for walkers and cyclists with numerous routes on your doorstep to take in all that the North York Moors has to offer.

The house boasts lovely views of the Esk Valley and has a small patio with outside seating to the rear and small front patio. Each room has been thoughtfully furnished with modern décor and the spacious contemporary kitchen diner offers the perfect place to relax after a busy day out and about. This house is ideal for a couple or small family wanting a retreat from the hustle and bustle whilst being just a short journey away from the nearby attractions.

Area Information

Sleights
Sleights is a stunning, traditional village located about three miles from Whitby, and is one of the largest villages in country. Along the bottom of the village runs the River Esk, where many salmon can be seen leaping in the river. Salmon fishing permits can be obtained for anyone interested in trying their hand at fishing. The village has fantastic amenities including a shop, bakers, an award-winning butchers, pubs, church, village hall, fish and chip restaurant and a post office. It is a wonderful location for walks and is perfect for a family or couples holiday.
