Additional relevant information
Please add further details on any accessibility items or restrictions found at the property:

The property has one log burning stove in the living room and 2 open fires; one in the dining room and one in bedroom 2. These are decorative only and NOT FOR USE.

The ensuite toilet is fitted with a combined toilet and sink unit which is cold water only. Due to local water pressure and smaller cisterns in modern toilets clearance of toilet paper after using the toilet may take a couple of flushes. We have had a plumber out to check the installation to confirm it is not a fault with the unit.

There are rugs in bedroom 2 and 3 both fixed using rug hug.
