Description
Sunny Banks is a comfortable detached property in a quiet location only 800 yds from the seafront in the popular East Coast seaside town of Scarborough. A convenient position for those wanting to enjoy the attractions of Scarborough and just as easy, to venture further afield. This cosy, spacious and well-equipped property also benefits from a large garden with seating area and off-road parking.
The accommodation is over 2 floors with the delightful kitchen dining room and large living room on the ground floor and 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms on the first floor. The lounge has a smart TV with freeview and unlimited WiFi. The large bathroom has a bath with shower over, just the place to have a relaxing soak after a day on the beach or walking on the North York Moors.
A few minutes’ walk down the hill brings you to the vibrant Scarborough seafront, with its sandy beach, cafes, amusements and pubs. Scarborough is a traditional coastal town which has wealth of activities to suit everyone. If you like art the Stephen Joseph theatre and Spa have shows and exhibitions throughout the year. There is a historic castle and why not pay a visit to the ever-popular Sea LIFE sanctuary.
Whatever you choose to do you are spoilt for choice in this area of Yorkshire. there is something for everyone, historic castles, even older abbeys, museums, farms, superb local markets with the very best Yorkshire produce and of course restaurants and tea rooms too numerous to mention. No one can leave the Yorkshire coast without having at least one portion of fish and chips, possibly the best in the country.

Entrance hallway: On entering the front door, you will find a useful small hallway. A great place to store your muddy boots after a day’s walking in the hills or your buckets and spades after a day on the beach.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: A relaxing room with a double bed, you will also find plenty of storage with a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and mirror and bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 2: Another large bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table with stool and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3: Single bed with bedside cabinet.
Bathroom: A large bathroom with a bath with shower over, basin and vanity unit and toilet.

Parking: Private off-road parking and scratch cards provided for local on street parking.
