This light and airy one bedroom apartment is set close to the picturesque South Cliff area of Scarborough with its beautiful sandy beach. During a stay at South Cliff Apartment you will be just a short walk away from the town centre shops, bars and restaurants and a ten to fifteen minute walk to the bus and and train stations for those wanting to explore further afield. Why not take the Victorian cliff lift down to the Spa theatre complex and beach and enjoy an ice cream or some local fish and chips from one of the numerous cafes and restaurants.


This thoughtfully furnished apartment boasts a lovely open plan living area complete with a well equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable lounge with large bay window. Here you can relax after a busy day before retiring to the cosy bedroom which offers both double and single beds.


Ground floor

Main entrance into the shared lobby, large lift takes you to the first floor.

First Floor

Entrance: into a hallway with space to hang coats and leave shoes.

Lounge/dining room/kitchen: an open plan room with three seater sofa and armchair, coffee table, 32” TV with BT box which gives internet channels and dvd player. The bay window has a dining table and four chairs. Well equipped kitchen area with electric hob, oven and grill. Fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

Bedroom: double and single beds, bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers, wardrobe and bookshelf. Leather recliner and footstool gives a useful sitting area. 

Bathroom: newly refurbished with bath and shower over, toilet and washbasin. 


Pets: sorry no pets

Parking: scratch cards provided for zoned local street parking on a first come, first served basis.

Garden/patio: no outside space

Heating: instant electric wall heaters throughout the apartment with additional heating provided by the plinth heater below the cooker. Heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Short breaks: accepted all year round.

Notes: towels are provided, unlimited wifi is available free of charge, mobile signal is strong.

Scarborough is an all year round destination, with its busy fishing harbour and marina a hub of excitement whatever the weather. Scarborough Castle is set in a stunning location and offers visitors panoramic views over the dramatic coastline. The 2,500-year old building is a must see for anyone visiting the area, and a wonderful day out for everyone.
There's so much to see and do during the day in this lovely seaside town, but also plenty of places to relax and unwind in the evening, including many bars and eateries along the seafront.
