Description
Silver Lining is a beautiful one bedroomed penthouse apartment in a sought-after part of Scarborough, close to the town centre and the beach. It is situated on the second floor of a pleasant and well looked after Victorian house and has some nice elevated views of the surrounding area. As you enter the apartment there is a good size hallway, a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfortable seating and an electric log burner effect fire to relax after a day on the beach or exploring all the local attractions. If you prefer dining in there is a comfortable dining table, modern fitted kitchen units and appliances. The bedroom is pretty and well-presented and there is a modern and pleasant bathroom.
Silver Lining is just ten minutes’ walk to the South Bay with its beautiful sandy beach, the Cliff Gardens and Italian Gardens, the famous Clock Cafe and the beach tram.
Situated near the beach Scarborough Spa offers a variety of concerts and shows both indoors in an elegant hall and outdoors in the beautiful iconic sun lounge with stunning close sea views. The stylish café is always popular with visitors and locals alike. Oliver’s Mount nearby offers amazing panoramic views over the town and the coast. The area has a good choice of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants and some of the best views over the Bay and the sea. The property is an easy walk to the town centre with all the amenities and the famous Scarborough Castle.

SECOND FLOOR
Entrance hallway: Walk directly into the carpeted hallway of which leads to all the rooms. There is a storage area with hooks for your coats and a shoe rack, useful after a lovely walk around the town or along the beach.
Living/Dining room/Kitchen: This is an open plan space which is spacious and well furnished. There is a comfortable sofa and an armchair, a wood burner style electric fire and a Smart TV for enjoying a relaxing evening in. There is a coffee table and shelves and a dining table for two near the window to enjoy a romantic dinner and the view. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven with grill, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave and a blanket chest for additional seating.
Bedroom: The very well-presented bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, a wardrobe, an armchair and chest of drawers with a small TV.
Bathroom: Contemporary style modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
Pets: One small well behaved dog welcome, please bring dog bed or blanket.
Parking: Unrestricted on street parking on a first come first served basis with scratchcards.
