Description
Through the main communal doors you enter into a well-kept, inviting hallway.
Wide carpeted stairs take you up four short flights of stairs to the second floor where Seascape is situated.
The apartment has its own hallway which leads to the kitchen and the lounge.
The lounge is a strikingly attractive south-facing sea-view room which is flooded with light for most of the day from long French Doors which open onto a balcony. The balcony has a 180 degree view..... of the open sea to the east, the coast and Esplanade to the south, and Oliver's Mount to the west. There's a big dining table with chairs within the lounge, and a patio set (2 chairs and a small table) on the balcony to enjoy the sunrise or evening drinks while taking in the glorious views. The lounge is a delightful space if you’re staying in - complete with comfy leather seating, a feature fireplace with stove effect fire and a range of books and DVDs.
This apartment benefits from a smart, generously-equipped kitchen with washer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and bar table and stools. The bar table is positioned at the long kitchen window giving more lovely sea, garden & Esplanade views and is ideal for morning coffee or snacks.
There are two really good-sized, high-ceilinged bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with wardrobes, drawers, bedside cabinets and reading lamps, tastefully and comfortably furnished. The master bedroom has a TV.

Seascape is always warm and welcoming with gas central heating and plentiful hot water (and additional heaters in lounge and bathroom if required).The apartment and the communal areas of this superb mid-Victorian building have high ceilings and ornate plasterwork throughout, typical of fine houses of this period.
Access is through the main front door of the building and then up two flights of stairs.
