Through the main communal doors you enter into a well-kept, inviting hallway.
Wide carpeted stairs take you up four short flights of stairs to the second floor where Seascape is situated.
The apartment has its own hallway which leads to the kitchen and the lounge.
The lounge is a strikingly attractive south-facing sea-view room which is flooded with light for most of the day from long French Doors which open onto a balcony. The balcony has a 180 degree view..... of the open sea to the east, the coast and Esplanade to the south, and Oliver's Mount to the west. There's a big dining table with chairs within the lounge, and a patio set (2 chairs and a small table) on the balcony to enjoy the sunrise or evening drinks while taking in the glorious views. The lounge is a delightful space if you’re staying in - complete with comfy leather seating, a feature fireplace with stove effect fire and a range of books and DVDs.
This apartment benefits from a smart, generously-equipped kitchen with washer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and bar table and stools. The bar table is positioned at the long kitchen window giving more lovely sea, garden & Esplanade views and is ideal for morning coffee or snacks.
There are two really good-sized, high-ceilinged bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with wardrobes, drawers, bedside cabinets and reading lamps, tastefully and comfortably furnished. The master bedroom has a TV.
The attractive bathroom has a bath, WC, washbasin and electric shower over the bath.
Seascape is always warm and welcoming with gas central heating and plentiful hot water (and additional heaters in lounge and bathroom if required).The apartment and the communal areas of this superb mid-Victorian building have high ceilings and ornate plasterwork throughout, typical of fine houses of this period.
Access is through the main front door of the building and then up two flights of stairs.

A fabulous summer holiday. We had the perfect holiday at Seascape this July. The apartment was ideally located to be able to park our car on arrival & not use it again until we left. The cleanliness & standard of the apartment was the best we have ever stayed in Scarborough. Any questions we asked were replied to extremely promptly by Diane & we will definitely be returning to Seascape in the future. Thank you for making it a holiday to remember
Best self-catering we have ever used. This was our 8th or 9th visit in as many years. Every time we have the same wonderful experience- beautifully furnished and decorated flat, superbly appointed with own balcony view of the sea. Wonderfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. So nice to come home to after a day out. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Hope to return again and again!
Seascape is a first class apartment. We enjoyed our first stay in this well fitted spacious self-catering apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped, finished to a high standard with spacious bedrooms. Located in a quiet area near the Italian Gardens. Plenty of parking spaces using the provided parking permits. Excellent view of the sea and Oliver's Mount. Close to local shops and only a 20-minute walk at a leisurely pace to Scarborough town centre. Thank You for a lovely stay, we will be back.
Absolutely Fabulous. The apartment is gorgeous, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. You will have the most lovely stay. The rooms are big and spacious and the bed lovely and cosy and very comfortable. We can not hesitate to recommend Seascape. Loved it :)

Scarborough is an all year round destination, with its busy fishing harbour and marina a hub of excitement whatever the weather. Scarborough Castle is set in a stunning location and offers visitors panoramic views over the dramatic coastline. The 2,500-year old building is a must see for anyone visiting the area, and a wonderful day out for everyone.
There's so much to see and do during the day in this lovely seaside town, but also plenty of places to relax and unwind in the evening, including many bars and eateries along the seafront
