Smart, well proportioned south cliff apartment with a glimpse of the sea from the original sash bay window. You will love the original features in this property, high ceilings, plaster mouldings, large windows, all married with a comfortable, contemporary interior. Two bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite shower room make it ideal for couples or friends who want to share time together at the coast. The emphasis is on light and space in this Victorian former gentleman’s residence. Unique photo-canvasses dotted throughout the property highlight aspects of the surrounding landscape. Enjoy breakfast looking out of the bay window towards the sea, or take the short stroll to the Esplanade taking in the panoramic views of South Bay, the castle and the harbour. It is just a short walk into the town centre where you will find many local shops, bars and restaurants.

The facilities available in the property of were of an excellent standard. That was a particularly good amount kitchen equipment. The standard of cleanliness throughout the entire property was fantastic absolutely spotless!!

Scarborough is an all year round destination, with its busy fishing harbour and marina a hub of excitement whatever the weather. Scarborough Castle is set in a stunning location and offers visitors panoramic views over the dramatic coastline. The 2,500-year old building is a must see for anyone visiting the area, and a wonderful day out for everyone.
There's so much to see and do during the day in this lovely seaside town, but also plenty of places to relax and unwind in the evening, including many bars and eateries along the seafront
