Description

Nestling in the shadow of Scarborough market, these cottages offer a prime location in the old part of Scarborough with all conveniences virtually on your doorstep. The cottages are newly built and furnished and decorated to a particularly high standard. The walls of Scarborough Castle are within 750 yards, a long stretch of golden beach awaits on the South Bay. Amusements, cafes and shops along the Foreshore Road with more serious shopping available in the market or town centre itself. The apartments are beautifully furnished and decorated.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Bed settee, TV with DVD, fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven and extractor hood, washer and microwave, dining table and chairs.
Cloakroom: Toilet and washbasin.
Stairs lead to the first floor landing.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (can be split into two single beds if required) wardrobe, dressing table, TV with DVD.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, TV with DVD. 
Bathroom: Bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin.

Pets: One dog is welcome, but not allowed upstairs £50 payable direct to owner on arrival.
Parking: Off street parking for one car.
Heating: Electric night storage heaters.
Short breaks: Accepted all year round.
Notes: Travel cot and high chair available. Towels are provided. This property can accommodate up to six people however the pricing is set for four. There is an extra charge of £50 for five people and £100 for six people. Please call us if you wish to book for more than four. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. The property has a sofa bed allowing up to six people in the property. £10 per person per night is payable to the owner. Smoking is not allowed at this property.

Scarborough is an all year round destination, with its busy fishing harbour and marina a hub of excitement whatever the weather. Scarborough Castle is set in a stunning location and offers visitors panoramic views over the dramatic coastline. The 2,500-year old building is a must see for anyone visiting the area, and a wonderful day out for everyone.
There's so much to see and do during the day in this lovely seaside town, but also plenty of places to relax and unwind in the evening, including many bars and eateries along the seafront.
