This comfortable one bedroom apartment has everything you could need for a perfect staycation by the sea. With a comfortable corner sofa to rest on after a day strolling along the beach, a fully equipped kitchen area should you choose to cook and a separate bedroom to retire to after a day taking in the sea air.
Situated close to the south bay and the famed Esplanade and only five minutes walk from both the sea and local shops this is an ideal bolthole for a seaside holiday in Yorkshire.

Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining: This large room a modern corner sofa and coffee table and a Smart TV. On a stand There is a compact dining table and two chairs for you to sit and enjoy your meals. The kitchen area has everything you would need to make a lovely meal including an electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. A welcome pack is included.
Bedroom: There is a comfy double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, a wardrobe with a mirrored door, chest of drawers. This room is extremely stylish and makes a very comfortable base to explore the area.
Bathroom: There is a separate shower cubicle with electric shower, WC, wash hand basin and mirrored wall cabinet.
