Description
This cosy studio apartment has everything you could need for a perfect staycation by the sea. With a comfortable reclining sofa to rest on after a day strolling along the beach, a separate fully equipped kitchen should you choose to cook and a elegant double bed in the sleeping area for a good nights sleep after taking in the sea air.
Situated close to the south bay and the famed Esplanade and only five minutes walk from both the sea and local shops this is an ideal bolthole for a seaside holiday in Yorkshire.
Communal Entrance hallway: With stairs to apartment 3
Kitchen: This small but cute kitchen offers everything you would need to make a lovely meal including an electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. A welcome pack is included.
Lounge/Dining/Bedroom: This large L shaped room has a modern two seater reclining sofa and coffee table and a Smart TV. There is a compact dining table and two chairs by the window. There is a comfy double bed with bedside cabinet and lamp, and a clothe’s hanging space with drawers and a mirror. This room is extremely stylish and makes a very comfortable base to explore the area.
Bathroom: There is a separate shower cubicle with electric shower, WC, wash hand basin and mirrored wall cabinet.
