The best of both worlds. A modern apartment in a grand old building only minutes from the Esplanade which offers spectacular panoramic town and sea views. Light floods in through the feature bay windows and with the original high ceilings this property feels spacious and airy. The sumptuous master bedroom is the perfect place to finish the day after spending time on the nearby beach or in the town with its many local shops. Modern and uncluttered with wood flooring throughout you can enjoy the lovely open views through the windows. Handy for local shops, up-market bars and restaurants and scenic South Cliff walks or catch the Funicular Cliff Lift down to Scarborough’s foreshore and south bay beach. Also nearby is the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre, or if you prefer the outdoors only a short drive will take you to the beautiful North York Moors National Park where there are many walks and views to enjoy.
There are 12 steps to the main front door of the building. Through the hall way there are stairs of a lift to all floors. The apartment is all on one level.

Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner: L shaped sofa, convertible to a double bed, dining table and four chairs, flat screen TV on stand, large bay window overlooking the church.

Bathroom: Separate access from lounge and bedroom. Tiled floor, bath with shower over, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail

Lovely apartment Good location close to shops, sea front, restaurants and Italian Gardens. Apartment well equipped and very clean and tidy. Lovely views of Scarborough as situated on the 3rd Floor but easily accessed via a lift to all floors
Perfect Second stay in this apartment and it’s excellent value for money. It’s perfect for my mum who struggles with stairs as it has lift access. It is lovely and light and is an ideal location for the train station, cliff lift and the shops on Ramshill. It’s no hardship to stay in if it’s raining as it’s a very comfy apartment. Would highly recommend!
A smashing time at easby hall. The flat was very clean and spacious the bed was very comfy slept like a log the bathroom was very clean the shower was great the kitchen looked ok but i ate out all the time all in all a smashing place to stay
Another gemThis property was recommended by a fellow Bedwyns visitor and it didn’t disappoint. The biggest factor for myself was the lift access as my mum can’t cope with stairs as she used to, there are steps up to the front door but after that it’s straight to the lift up to the flat. The flat itself it’s light and airy and very clean. We have always stayed on the south cliff and the location of this accommodation is ideal for the local shops and not far to the train station (which is ideal for us as we usually take trips to different places whilst in Scarborough) I would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully be staying again
Superb bright and modern apartment on the south side of ScarboroughWe loved this apartment. Occupying a corner spot, it's bright, modern and roomy, It's also quiet, with very little traffic noise or seagull squawking. Just 100 metres from the top of the south cliff, the apartment made for a relaxing week despite some variable weather. The communal areas in the block are similarly bright and modern, and the lift was a bonus we took advantage of at the end of a long day. A minor point - the information pack in the apartment was somewhat sparse, with no mention of the heating, hot water or refuse / recycling systems, but it was all pretty straightforward to figure out, so there was no real problem. We appreciated the instant, always available, hot water. We would certainly stay at this apartment again
Lovely apartments. This is our 7th year in Scarborough and our 2nd year staying in Easby Hall. The apartments are very quiet, clean and modern, ideal for 2 people and enough room for 4. The apartment was very well equipped, I couldn't fault it really. We will be staying again next year. We had a couple of minor issues when we arrived which the caretaker resolved very quickly for us
Scarborough is an all year round destination, with its busy fishing harbour and marina a hub of excitement whatever the weather. Scarborough Castle is set in a stunning location and offers visitors panoramic views over the dramatic coastline. The 2,500-year old building is a must see for anyone visiting the area, and a wonderful day out for everyone.
There's so much to see and do during the day in this lovely seaside town, but also plenty of places to relax and unwind in the evening, including many bars and eateries along the seafront
