Castle View is a lovely higher ground floor apartment situated in the North Bay in Scarborough near the beach. It has great sea views and castle views from two large bay windows. It offers high standard furnishings and fittings and easy access to town's amenities.
HIGHER GROUND FLOOR:
Entrance: Up a few steps into a shared lobby and hallway. Very steep steps
Lounge/Kitchen: TV with Freeview. DVD, table and chairs, fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven and grill, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.
Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, storage cupboard.
En-Suite: Shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail. Bathroom is quite small, small step into the shower
Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Parking: On-street parking with 'single night' scratch cards provided at the property. N.B. this means there is not a card for the day of departure.
