Mr Matthew S,

Beautiful place Our first stay at beach view the views are fantastic although could do with a light at back to enjoy them at night, the bathroom and kitchen are lovely living room furniture a bit dated, nice big TV knipe point is so peaceful have already booked another holiday in beach view

Previous g,

A return visit that was equally as good as the first. What more can you ask for in a holiday property? Amazing sea views, a dog friendly beach close by and a property that is well presented, warm and cosy. WiFi would have been the icing on the cake, but we managed with a reasonable 4G mobile signal. We will definitely return

Previous g,

Relaxation beach view is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything you need. It's comfortable, extremely clean. The grounds are well maintained. The view is amazing. The wild life is an added bonus. Squirrels daytime, if you are quiet and look out at around 10pm you will see a family of foxes and early morning deer

Previous g,

Everthing you need and moreReal home from home relaxing accommodation with fantastic views yet close to amenities of Scarborough. Accommodation clean and well presented with everything you need for an enjoyable break. Lovely walks along the cliff tops followed by relaxing afternoons sat out on the patio taking in the view and watching the wildlife.

Previous g,

Home from home. After just returning from our 11th stay it is safe to say we love this property. From the stunning views of Cayton Bay from the lounge window, the cleanliness, everything you need in the property, parking space, on site caretaker should you need anything, ability to take the dog and every day visits from the squirrels and birds (providing you feed them) this property has everything. The only drawback if you have a dog is that there is no enclosed garden but there are lovely walks to the beach. Back again later in the year

Previous g,

A very relaxing stay. Beautiful bungalow, in a perfect location. We had everything we needed, every last detail was considered. Will definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it.

Previous g,

A lovely cottage with a fabulous review. This was our first time staying at this cottage and we were so pleased with the view, we were lucky with the weather so the patios doors were rarely shut. The cottage had everything we needed and the beds and seating were comfortable. As a family we know Scarborough well and this cottages position provides an excellent base for visiting Scarborough, Filey and the local villages

Previous g,

A lovely bungalow with fabulous views. A comfortable bungalow with fabulous views over Cayton bay and the sea. The location of the bungalow makes it very peaceful and relaxing. As always excellent service

Previous g,

A little gem...A gem of a place on the east coast. You have the most wonderful views over Cayton Bay, and the sea. There is an abundance of wildlife, foxes who come to visit, squirrels for entertainment daily, numerous birds who are not shy of humans! In addition to which the people who live permanently on the estate are friendly and helpful. The bungalow is all you could wish for in a permanent home, let alone a holiday one, beautifully quiet. Even our dog Paddy appeared to be impressed with all the walks locally!! Would recommend to anyone who likes a peaceful, tranquil location. We'll be back
