Smart first floor apartment sleeping four, situated just a few hundred yards from Scarborough's Esplanade and Cliff Lift.  Enjoy relaxing on the comfortable sofas after a walk in the sea air, or share a meal at the large dining table cooked in the well equipped kitchen. Only a short walk to the Esplanade with fantastic views of Scarborough harbour and the South bay.  Going further afield it is only a short drive to the wide, open spaces of the North York Moors National Park with plenty of walks and beautiful views on offer.

Avenue View Apartment 3 is on the first floor. There are a few steps with a handrail to the main entrance door then a wide staircase to the first floor.

We have stayed here before, great position for walking down to sea front, short walk to rail station Will definitely stay here again as close walk to all amenities. We travel by rail and use the train whilst we are in Scarborough to link up with walks. Dogs are allowed too

The 2,500-year old building is a must see for anyone visiting the area, and a wonderful day out for everyone.
There's so much to see and do during the day in this lovely seaside town, but also plenty of places to relax and unwind in the evening, including many bars and eateries along the seafront
