We have absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful cottage. Our two year old has loved the garden and the neighbours have been fantastic. We will definitely recommend your home to family and friends and look forward to visiting the area again.
We have all really enjoyed our stay at The Long Row. The cottage is lovely, really peaceful and Mike next door has been great. The location is perfect for walking - Staithes and Runswick Bay are within easy reach. We hope to come back.
We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The location is beautiful. The neighbour was lovely and made us feel welcome. Lovely, peaceful area and I would recommend to family and friends.
Perfect location for us so close to the Cleveland Way. Walked in both directions. Delighted with our easy to find fossils from Port Mulgrave, not so delighted with the climb back up! Good food at both fish and chips and The Badger Hounds in Hinderwell.
Fantastic stay. What a stunning cottage. Attention to detail is amazing. We have walked miles and loved it.
Thank you so much for a lovely stay in your cottage - it's lovely. Everything you need and well thought out. The pillows are so comfy. Did a lot f walking, lved meeting the ducks on the back lane.
Port Mulgrave is a hamlet rich in history located within the parish of Hinderwell and under ten miles from Whitby. Port Mulgrave once thrived with state of the art industry, extracting iron ore from the hills and shipping it. Most of the cottages were used to house the labourers who worked in the mine and today Port Mulgrave is very popular with fossil hunters as a wide range of ammonite species and reptile remains are often found. It is also an ideal location for walkers as the popular Cleveland way walk passes through the area.
