An interesting cottage is a stunning location.Very nice garden with excellent sea views.
We had a wonderful time there and were very well looked after by the hosts
This is a beautiful cottage with lots of fine attention to detail and is also comfortable and cosy. It is in a lovely location overlooking the sea , within a 100 yards of the coastal path. The owners were very friendly, kind and helpful.
The property is in a very quiet location overlooking the sea and the cleveland way. I visited Saltburn regularly, great walks and beach, good surf, good people.
What a fantastic cottage and location. Very well equipped and comfortable. Walks in every direction. Thank you Gail & Eddie for the lovely fresh eggs. Will definitely be coming back - Paul, Pat, Isobelle, Joe, Mabel & Rosie.
Another good visit to Seaward at Port Mulgrave. I always enjoy coming. Seashore excellent this time spectacular surf. I can recommend the tea rooms in the barn, approach to Staithes. I have purchased items from the antiques, home made food, good atmosphere. Thank you Gail & Eddie for the welcome and caring and all the extras mean a lot. Good to see the cows back. I always think of the next time - Margaret - Sheffield.
Really enjoyed our stay at seaward cottage. Lovely property and excellent location.
We could have stayed a month to read all your books and do more walking. It's a beautiful location. The cottage is delightful and interesting - love all the paintings. Breakfast in the conservatory what better! We will certainly be back later in the year. Thank you - Cate, Richard & Poppy.
We've all had a lovely holiday in this beautiful cottage. Just like home from home with everything you need in it. The nicest place we have ever stayed. The views are stunning. We will certainly return - Ken Dianne & Mark 25th March 2019
Port Mulgrave is a hamlet rich in history located within the parish of Hinderwell and under ten miles from Whitby. Port Mulgrave once thrived with state of the art industry, extracting iron ore from the hills and shipping it. Most of the cottages were used to house the labourers who worked in the mine and today Port Mulgrave is very popular with fossil hunters as a wide range of ammonite species and reptile remains are often found. It is also an ideal location for walkers as the popular Cleveland way walk passes through the area.
