Description

This charming bungalow set on one level on the ground floor, has a spacious living room and separate dining room, a large kitchen, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The house is very comfortable, offers all modern comforts and private off road parking. To the rear is a garden with patio area where you can spend time enjoying the fresh air, or eating alfresco at the table and chairs provided. For cooler days relax in the conservatory and watch the birds stopping off to feed. This cosy bungalow is ideal for getting away to enjoy the best of Yorkshire, close to the sea and the Yorkshire Wolds, and only a short drive from the North York Moors.  Or spend a day in York exploring the Medieval streets and the Minster, or closer still visit the vibrant seaside resort of Scarborough with it’s golden beaches and Norman Castle.

Filey
Filey is situated between the bustling seaside towns Scarborough and Bridlington. Filey is a small town which started out as a fishing village, but the beautiful sea views have made it a popular place amongst tourists. The glorious Filey beach is one of Yorkshire's finest viewpoints at sunset and day break. The Royal Crescent is well worth a visit as up until the 1950s it was regarded as the most fashionable address in the North of England. The town has great transport links with a railway station connecting you to the nearby resort of Scarborough and the city of Hull. The town is also well connected with bus routes. The annual Folk Festival is held every May where you can catch over 150 acts and the popular Filey Fishing Festival has been held on the first week in September since 1922!
