Woodpeckers Cottage is a Bunglow Annexe with access via two small steps into the property. 

All rooms are on the same level once inside.

There are 3x bedrooms, 1x bathroom, 1x kitchen, lounge / dining room with connecting hallway to all rooms.

There is level access from the main entrance to the garden.

The route to the bedroom is 750mm wide or more.

Path to the main entrance.  From the street to the main entrance there is level access. The path is 3000mm wide or more. The path is sloped.

Main entrance. The main door is side hung and manual. The door is 700mm wide. The main entrance has 2 steps.

This charming cottage, set on one level on the ground floor, has a spacious living and dining room, a separate kitchen, three good-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The house is very comfortable, offers all modern comforts and private off road parking.

The property is situated at the heart of the Harwood Dale and there are some lovely walks and cycling routes right on your doorstep. The cottage is ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and nature lovers and at the neighbouring farm you can buy fresh local vegetables, eggs and jams.

Staying in Woodpeckers Cottage, you will be spoilt for choice of things to do on your break, as the area boasts some of the most beautiful places to visit. The picturesque Forge Valley with the pretty village of Hackness offers some popular tearooms and stunning views; the famous Dalby Forest where you can Go Ape or simply enjoy a family picnic or a walk in the wood; Falling Foss boasts some charming walks; as well as the popular seaside resorts of Scarborough, Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay all nearby.

Bedroom 2: There are two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and light, chest of drawers, armchair and a lovely view over the garden.
Bedroom 3: Has a single bed, a chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, shelves and a lovely view over the garden.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over bath, storage, toilet and washbasin.
