Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Gristhorpe, this spacious cottage offers ideal accommodation for families or couples in a rural location yet only 1.5 miles from Filey and 6 miles from Scarborough. Attached to the owners' farmhouse, it is comfortably furnished and well equipped, making it a perfect base for exploring the lovely heritage coastline, green hills of the Yorkshire Wolds and the North Yorkshire Moors. The cottage has a large, mature, fenced garden with outside seating. There is off-road parking for two cars.
Entrance: Into a hallway.
Lounge: Three steps up, TV with Freeview and DVD player, gas fire.
Kitchen/Dining Room: Fridge with icebox, gas hob, electric oven and grill, washing machine, microwave, dining table and chairs.
Second Hallway: Freezer, back door leading out to the garden.
Bedroom 1: Full-size bunk beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers
Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers/dressing table, seat/blanket chest, view of the Wolds.
Bathroom: Up one step, bath, separate shower, toilet, washbasin.
Bedroom 3: Up three steps, twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers/dressing table, view of the Wolds.
Pets: Two dogs are welcome. If out of the house they must be kept on a lead.

We all had a wonderful time and cottage was really comfortable and airy
Gristhorpe is a lovely small village near the popular seaside town of Filey. It is located just a mile away from the beautiful Yorkshire Coast on one side and right at the foot of the green, peaceful rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds on the other. The village has a local pub, the Bull Inn, which offers fantastic homemade food. Gristhorpe is only a ten minute drive to Scarborough and an hour drive to York.
