Demesne farm is situated just on the outskirts of Fylingthorpe which offers five cottages with beautiful stunning views over to Robin Hoods Bay a great location if you are wanting to book a single cottage or can book all the cottages out for a family week away or for a group of friends for that special occasion. Wheel House is spacious accommodation for six guests and is all on one level which is great choice for guests providing spacious and comfortable accommodation.
A well-equipped complex with plenty of parking and outside space to sit and enjoy the summer evenings while the little ones explore on the outside play park. The cottage is in an ideal location if you are wanting to explore Robins Hood Bay, boggle hole, beautiful location for walking and exploring. The ease of parking at the end of the day makes this a great choice for families who want to explore further afield out and about in the car visiting the Sealife Centre at Scarborough, North York Moors railway and exploring out and about in Whitby and enjoying the famous fish and chips for tea. There is use of a day kennel on the complex but please be aware that there is no resident kennel maid onsite.

Robin Hoods Bay
One of the jewels in the crown of the North East coastline is the small fishing village of Robin Hoods Bay. Located five miles south of Whitby and 15 miles north of Scarborough, it is the perfect place for a self-catering holiday. Steeped in history this quaint village with its winding cobbled streets, dotted with cafes, pubs and shops it is well catered for visitors. It boasts a stunning beach at the foot of the bay which provides a paradise for family fun. Children will be entertained with plenty of rock pools to splash in and fossils to hunt, while adults can take in the breathtaking views of the cliffs which tell the enchanting history of the place.
