The cottage was very comfortable and in a great location. Garden private and secure, our dog, Ted enjoyed it. Cottage close to beach, country park, Tesco, town centre and railway station. Beds comfy and heating was good. Amazon stick was a bonus. We ate out at the Bull in Gristhorpe and The Royal Oak. Used the cafes at the country park, thirty and Read morethe coffee shed. Lovely cottage. Getting a large car in & out of the the drive was very tricky - also the conservatory radiator needs a good scrub, but that aside the cottage was fantastic, location excellent and all amenities nearby. We will definitely return.

We had a great week in Filey, even if the weather wasn't perfect. Would have preferred a nice view from the cottage, not an estate. The access to the driveway was quite tight, with neighbouring properties being double parked all around. Also had WoodlRead moreice in the Conservatory every day, coming out of the poorly finished joints between patio doors and floor and also windows and window sills. Hide

An excellent, well appointed property with easy access to the beach. A comfortable house which just lacked a few essentials like an oven glove and small glasses. Two of the rather large glasses were already cracked or chipped when we arrived. There were also so few knives we had to wash them up after every meal in order to have enough for the next mRead moreeal, even though for everything else we were able to use the dishwasher.
