Delightful property and responsive helpful owner. Our family shared a wonderful week there. Beautiful countryside and local wildlife. Ideal for running, walking and cycling. The garden apples were the best I ve ever tasted too.

We had a very comfortable and happy stay at Melrose Cottage. We had everything we needed in the Cottage and thought the Welcome goodies were particularly good. We enjoyed exploring the area and the cottage gave easy access to lots of things to do.

The cottage was excellent in every respect, and included little touches such as the welcome basket, the board games and books, we had a lovely holiday.
