This delightful cottage is tucked away in the heart of the old village of Runswick Bay with its warren of small streets and breathtaking views. It has some lovely features including a beamed ceiling, stone fireplace with woodburning stove and stable doors. The Royal Hotel is only twenty yards away. Partial views of the sea. A cliff path takes you to Port Mulgrave and then on to the fishing village of Staithes.

TV and DVD /CD player, woodburning stove, beamed ceiling, extending dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: Fridge, electric cooker with grill, oven, microwave, washing machine.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Single bed, pull-out bed and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Double bed and  TV.
Bathroom: Petite bath, hand shower attachment, toilet and washbasin wall mounted fan heater.

Pets:
One dog welcome.
Parking: Parking permit for resident's car park is provided.
Heating: Woodburning stove in lounge (logs, kindling or fire lighters not provided). Night storage heater plus portable electric heaters in the property.
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
