From the front door into the cosy lounge with wood burner in the inglenook fireplace, beamed ceiling, a two seater sofa and a three seater sofa, three coffee tables, a smart TV on a cabinet, character built in cupboards with a range of games for your use, a standard lamp and a mirror over the fireplace. 
Kitchen/Diner: The beamed kitchen is very well equipped and boasts modern units and glass splashback.  You will find a fridge/freezer, electric hob, and integrated electric oven with grill, a dishwasher, microwave, and a washer dryer.
Dining area: with patio doors out to the rear, plenty of room for the table and four chairs and a large three seater sofa to sit and watch the wall mounted Smart TV
Staircase:  Through an original latched door from the kitchen and upstairs to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom One: An elegantly furnished room with a king size bed and two bedside cabinets with lamps.  You will also find plenty of storage with a chest of drawers and hanging rail. This room also boasts an original cast iron fireplace.
Bathroom: As a contrast the bathroom is modern and stylish with a double sized walk in shower, wall hung vanity wash basin with mirrored cabinet above and a WC.
Staircase: From the landing through an original latched door the staircase leads to the upper bedroom.

SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom Two: Here, in this beamed ceiling room you will find two three-foot single beds with a bedside cabinet and lamp. There are three small chest of drawers and a modern hanging rail and large mirror.

OUTSIDE
Courtyard: To the rear through the patio doors from the dining area is a lovely private, paved courtyard ideal for catching the evening sun, with table and chairs provided.

This thriving market town of Kirkbymoorside approx 25 miles north of York and nestled between the market towns of Pickering and historic Helmsley.  Kirkbymoorside ('Kirby') is a friendly, proper village rather than a tourist town and is close to some great walking and cycling routes on the North York Moors.  Pickering has the famous N Y Moors steam railway, as featured in many films and TV series where you can enjoy a delightful ride through the countryside to Grosmont with the option to alight at intermediate stations and enjoy a local walk to make a full day of it.  For a day out at the seaside you have great access to Whitby and Scarborough.  For mountain biking then Dalby Forest is a great day out for all the family.
