Description
Situated in the picturesque and beautiful village of Hutton-Le Hole on the North York Moors, Stoneleigh is a charming two bedroom character cottage with parking, a garage and a large garden. This lovely traditional Yorkshire stone-built property has been lovingly refurbished and furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail and offers all modern comforts. Downstairs there is a stylish and well-equipped kitchen with bespoke units. This kitchen overlooks the garden to the rear. There is a spacious living/dining room beautifully furnished in a contemporary style where you can relax with a glass of wine in front of the woodburning stove and enjoy a family dinner at the comfortable wooden dining table. This room looks out over the front garden and where you can watch the local sheep graze. From this room you access the large front garden with a lovely seating area, where on a sunny day you can enjoy an al fresco meal and admire some pretty views over the bubbling beck towards the village and the surrounding hills. There is also a small back garden accessed from the kitchen. Located in one of the most beautiful villages on the North York Moors this charming cottage is a truly perfect choice for a holiday, whether you are planning a quiet relaxing break from it all or an active holiday walking, cycling and exploring the amazing countryside. The popular market towns of Helmsley and Pickering are just a short drive away. Situated in the North York Moors National Park Hutton-le-Hole is a scenic village with a small pretty beck running through the centre and green countryside with grazing sheep around. The village has a museum, a pub with outside seating with fantastic views of the village and hills, some shops selling local wares and craft workshops to browse around, come and enjoy this little slice of country life in a quintessential english village setting.
GROUND FLOOR
Entrance: From the rear of the property you access the garden through the garage (which can be locked and is safe storage for cycles etc) and through the back garden to the property.
One small step up into the kitchen:
Kitchen: This is a stylish room with painted units and incorporates an electric induction hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, washing machine, fridge with icebox, separate freezer located in the garage, boiler/utility cupboard with fuse box above, flagged stoned flooring and underfloor heating.
Lounge/Dining Room: A beautiful and spacious room which is light and airy with two two-seater sofas where you can relax after a day in the North York Moors, coffee table, Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD player, DAB radio, iPod docking station, a lovely wood burning stove, shelves, wooden dining table and chairs, French doors leading out to the very pretty garden and patio, an original front door completes the cottage look.

Bedroom 1: A lovely relaxing room which has a king-size bed, a built-in wardrobe with hanging space, a chest of drawers with a mirror, two bedside cabinets and lights, original wooden floorboards.
Bedroom 2: There are full size bunk beds, bedside table and lights, chest of drawers, hanging space, original wooden floorboards.

Parking: Allocated parking space for one car at the rear of the property.
Garden: A large enclosed garden which has a lovely patio and outdoor seating areas with furniture, pretty borders and has a view over the village where the sheep graze.
Heating: Oil central heating and underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom.
Short Breaks: Accepted all year round.
Notes: Towels and bed linen are provided. Travel cot and highchair available. Unlimited WiFi available free of charge. There is no mobile phone signal but calling via WiFi is possible.
