This charming, stone-built character cottage, is situated in the centre of one of the country's most beautiful villages, Hutton-Le Hole on the North York Moors. Church Cottage has been beautifully decorated to a very high specification with original artwork, sisal flooring, rugs and carpets throughout. The locally made curtains and wrought iron poles are a real feature of the cottage. Beautifully crafted oak furniture, Victorian style bathroom and real wood burning stove give the property unique charm and character. The front and rear gardens have been lovingly landscaped with David Austin roses and herbaceous plants, and spring bulbs. There is a shed for storing bicycles and direct access through the rear gate into the North York Moors with some beautiful walks and cycling routes.

Dining Room: Original traditional open feature fireplace, beautifully crafted furniture from a local oak industry such as a table and chairs, a dresser and a sideboard. Stairs to the first floor, a door leading out to the back garden.
Lounge: A beautiful L shaped sofa, a pouffe, coffee table, log burning stove, TV with Freeview and sound base system.
Conservatory: Leading to the kitchen with small table and chairs.
Kitchen: Fridge with ice box, electric cooker with oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher.
Shower Room: Shower, washbasin, toilet, utility/airing cupboard with washer dryer.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, built-in cupboard
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, chest of drawers
Bathroom: Victorian style bathroom, accessed from both bedrooms through Jack and Jill doors, with freestanding roll top bath, washbasin and toilet.
Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Parking: Off street parking for one car near the cottage.
Garden/Patio: Front and back gardens, patio and outside seating.
Heating: Electric central heating throughout
Short breaks: Not allowed at peak times.
Notes: Adults only. Towels are provided. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking. No mobile phone signal. There is a land line available for emergency use with an honesty box as there is no mobile signal available. One side of lower part of staircase is exposed, it may not be suitable for toddlers.
