Lovely cosy cottage in a convenient location in the centre of Helmsley which had everything we needed. Communication was good prior to arrival. Note there is only one parking space and check in time is late and check out time is early.

We could not recommend Mulberry Cottage highly enough!! Beautiful holiday home, the owners have put a lot of love and thought into the cottage. We do know the area very well and the cottage being located in the centre of Helmsley (Just off high street but very quiet) is great to leave your car and explore the quaint village, with towns, villages anRead mored glorious moors right on your doorstep. We really enjoyed our stay at Mulberry cottage, great position lovely property. The lighting and heating controls seem over complicated. One minor point I do not agree with the 9.00am checkout and 17.00 before access to the property, I could understand this with Covid. We ended up leaving a day early as one of our party is 91 years of age. GettinRead moreg them organised to leave before 9.00 was not feasible. Hide

Although the property was well located and of an excellent standard, it was much smaller than expected and quite cramped for 6 adults.
