Cowling is a village in North Yorkshire, situated in the Craven District and close to the Lancashire border. The village is located within close proximity to the market town of Skipton, the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales and Pennine Way. Cowling hosts the annual Cowling Gala, which attracts visitors from outside the area and boasts a school, a great pub, a local shop and a hairdressers.
