The main lounge is on the first floor, two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, the master bedroom with en-suite on the first floor. The ground floor shower room has a large shower and a plastic chair could be put in if needed.

A spacious converted barn situated in a lovely rural position with fabulous views of Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside. With a first floor lounge to enjoy the views from and a very spacious dining kitchen, the barn offers good family or group accommodation.

Located next to the owner's farmhouse, this is a great location from which to explore the many attractions this area has to offer, including Haworth and Bronte country just a short drive away across the Yorkshire border.
