Description
A spacious converted barn situated in a lovely rural position with fabulous views of Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside. With a first floor lounge to enjoy the views from and a very spacious dining kitchen, the barn offers good family or group accommodation.
Located next to the owner's farmhouse, this is a great location from which to explore the many attractions this area has to offer, including Haworth and Bronte country just a short drive away across the Yorkshire border.
GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen/Diner: Dining table and chairs for eight. Electric range cooker with ceramic hob, bed settee, TV, DVD, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
Stairs to first floor.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wardrobe. Door to outside.
Shower room: Shower, toilet and washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR:
Lounge: Wood burning stove (starter pack provided), TV, DVD. Two x three seater sofas, two seater sofa, three armchairs, dresser.
Bedroom 3: King size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
En-suite: Large corner bath, shower over bath, toilet and washbasin.
Pets: One pet welcome.
Parking: Ample parking.
Heating: Oil central heating, wood burning stove in lounge (fuel provided).
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.

Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge (LA473, LA474, LA475 all have a router from the main house for WiFi, can be slow speed if all properties are using it) Smoking not allowed.
