Description

The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are of a superb quality with a large double end bath in the main bathroom and a large shower in the en suite. Welcome toiletries are provided.

Crosby Garrett
The little hamlet of Crosby Garrett has welcomed settlers since Saxon times and you will notice the hamlet has a wealth of historic houses, with many dating back to the 17th century. The hamlet's location in the Yorkshire Dales National Park means you will never be far from a breathtaking walk or exciting visitor attractions. Those that love the great outdoors will also be pleased to discover it's close proximity to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty as well as being within driving distance of the Lake District National Park. From the hamlet itself you'll find gorgeous views of the Howgills as well as the Northern Pennines, though this breathtaking location does not mean you are cut off: the market town of Kirkby Stephen is only 4 miles away with its lovely cobbled streets, historic buildings and range of shops. The historic Settle to Carlisle railway passes through the hamlet on the Crosby Garrett viaduct, the train can be boarded from the neighbouring villages.
