This 17th century Grade II listed cottage is situated in Chapel Street, one of the quaint little ginnels in the old village of Robin Hood's Bay. It retains some lovely old features such as wood panelled walls, fireplaces and beamed ceilings, yet has all the modern comforts, and patio gardens for relaxing and dining in. A lovely family house in the heart of the old village.
Lounge: With stripped floor, beamed ceiling, TV, DVD and coal-effect gas fire in an ornate surround.
Dining Room: Stripped floor, gas 'wood burner-effect' fire, two armchairs with table and chairs. Understairs cupboard with small freezer.
Kitchen: Breakfast table, larder fridge, gas hob and oven, electric grill, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Door leading to patio.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and seating area.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (one of which is raised), wardrobe and dressing table.
Bathroom: Bath, power-shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, wardrobe, seating area with TV and
En-suite: Power shower, toilet and washbasin.
Pets: One dog welcome (not allowed upstairs).
Parking: Parking permit provided for one car at Fisherhead car park.
Garden: Rear patio with seating for four. Also, further patio area with barbecue stand and garden furniture seating 6, overlooking the beck below.
Heating: Gas central heating, gas fire.
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.

Robin Hoods Bay
One of the jewels in the crown of the North East coastline is the small fishing village of Robin Hoods Bay. Located five miles south of Whitby and 15 miles north of Scarborough, it is the perfect place for a self-catering holiday. Steeped in history this quaint village with its winding cobbled streets, dotted with cafes, pubs and shops it is well catered for visitors. It boasts a stunning beach at the foot of the bay which provides a paradise for family fun. Children will be entertained with plenty of rock pools to splash in and fossils to hunt, while adults can take in the breathtaking views of the cliffs which tell the enchanting history of the place.

Very comfortable beds and lovely bedding - comfy sofas, large dining table and nice chairs - nice bathrooms with very good showers and plenty of hot water - roomy, comfortable bedrooms - two outdoor spaces, and BBQ, which we were able to make good use of with good weather.
