The seaside town of Filey is only 3 miles away (you can walk along the beach when the tide is out, or take the coastal path if not), offering shops, cafes, restaurants and excellent fish-and-chip takeaways. If you feel like a change of scene, the larger towns of Scarborough and Bridlington are both just 8 miles away, offering an array of seaside attractions.

After a day outdoors, come home to the airy, open-plan interior, where you can sink into the soft seating and unwind by the Smart TV, enjoying the light that floods in through the bi-fold doors. On a cooler evening, draw the curtains and add some logs to the wood burner to enjoy its warming glow. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with all the pots, pans and utensils necessary for creating delicious meals, with basic staples in the cupboards and a dishwasher to help clean up. To help get you going in the mornings, there’s also a Tassimo coffee machine. You’ll have space for six people to dine inside, or you may prefer to take your meals out to the patio in good weather. When you’re ready to head for bed, the king-size bedroom is elegance personified, with its own wet room, while the twin room benefits from an en-suite bathroom. Both have Smart TVs, perfect for late-night movies or catching up with the news in the morning.
The elevated deck at the front of the property features comfortable seating for lounging in the sunshine, while the rear patio (open to the shared lawn) has furniture for dining alfresco. On the site, you’ll have free use of the indoor swimming pool and you can explore its meadows, walks and gardens with seating areas.
