Entering this delightful property, the flagstone-floored hallway leads through to a snug and light-filled lounge with a Smart TV, ample seating and a wood burner set in a large inglenook fireplace. Exploring the ground floor further, the spacious kitchen/diner features a high ceiling with a skylight and timber beam, as well as a characterful farmhouse-style dining table. Upstairs, you will find a stylishly tiled shower room and two charming bedrooms: a cheerful king-size room and a cosy twin, both with low sloping ceilings. Stepping outside, the private patio area has outdoor furniture, making a relaxing spot for a morning coffee or a drink in the evening, or you can take a dip in the bubbling hot tub. Known as the food capital of Yorkshire, the market town of Malton (8 miles) has a wealth of friendly pubs, great restaurants and independent shops selling local produce. To the west, the historic city of York (14 miles) is home to York Minster, Jorvik, The Shambles, and the National Railway Museum. Other local attractions include Castle Howard, Eden Camp, and Flamingo Land, all within 16 miles.

Lovely stay - beds were all really comfortable as was lounge area. Really appreciated the wine, cider and coffee pods too. Lovely fresh, clean modern decor.
